Andrew Schepard, the Max Schmertz Distinguished Professor of Law and director of the Center for Children, Families and the Law, spoke at the New York State Judicial Institute’s 2015 Family Court Seminar. The seminar was for all family court judges in the state.
The topic of Professor Schepard’s presentation was “An Overview of Custody, Visitation and Parenting in New York.”
The seminar took place on March 30, 2015, at the Judicial Institute on the campus of Pace Law School in White Plains.
