On July 14-16, 2020, Professor Barbara Barron directed and led a three day virtual deposition for the Fried Frank law firm. The course was run with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Professor Barron converted the traditional in-person course model for a virtual platform. The participants not only honed their deposition skills but gained experience in taking advantage of online tools to enhance the virtual deposition experience.
