International Law and Its Discontents: Confronting Crises, a book edited by Professor Barbara Stark, was published on April 30, 2015, by Cambridge University Press. She also contributed a chapter, “The Incredible Shrinking Women,” to the book.
Also, “How the Age of Rights Became the New Gilded Age: From International Antidiscrimination Law to Global Inequality,” an article by Professor Stark that she presented at a Hofstra Law faculty workshop this past fall, is being published in the winter issue of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review.
