On February 14-17, 2022, Professor Barbara Barron taught a questioning techniques course in conjunction with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).
Professor Barron has worked with the SEC and NITA for several years on training lawyers in the SEC’s Enforcement Division on improving that division’s lawyers’ collective abilities to conduct formal testimony taking during the investigatory phase of a potential SEC case. This most recent course was part of the SEC’s nationwide training commitment.
