Hofstra Law Professor Ellen Yaroshefsky was interviewed on a recent episode of “the JustPod,” the podcast for the Criminal Justice Section of the American Bar Association. The discussion related to the state of prosecutorial independence and prosecutorial discretion.
Yaroshefsky was joined by her co-chair for the ABA’s Prosecutorial Independence Task Force, John Choi, Ramsey County Attorney (Minnesota), and task force member Charlie Smith III, state attorney for Frederick County (Maryland).
