- Professor Eric Freedman discussed the Alien Enemies Act as it relates to the case against Mahmoud Khalil with The Media Line in “Bold Legal Precedent or Executive Overreach?”
- Professor Alex Holtzman was interviewed by India Today on the outcomes of recent deportation cases in U.S. courts.
- Professor Julian Ku weighed in on the U.S. State Department’s recent comments for The Taipei Times in “China’s drills ‘brazen threats,’ US says.”
- Ku was also interviewed to discuss the United States’ position on Chinese espionage in Taiwan for Focus Taiwan’s “U.S. backs Lai’s efforts to counter Chinese espionage: Experts.”
- Professor James Sample was interviewed by ABC News for “Is the Trump administration’s conflict with judges a constitutional crisis? What to know.”
- Sample also provided commentary on the congestion pricing program extension with News 12: “Transportation secretary gives 30-day extension to NY’s congestion pricing program.”
