Professor J. Scott Colesanti and second-year student Victoria L. Short co-authored the article “Bitcoin Regulation: Four Tempests in 50 Teapots,” which appears in the December 2015 issue of The Suffolk Lawyer, the official publication of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
The article summarizes the widely varying state approaches to containing the bitcoin phenomena, made possible by the lack of federal action to date.
