Julian Ku, the Maurice A. Deane Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law, has been invited by the House Committee on Foreign Affairs to testify at a Subcommittee on Asia and the Pacific hearing, entitled “Reinforcing the U.S.-Taiwan Relationship.”
The hearing, which will be held on Tuesday, April 17, in the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington D.C., will assess the U.S.-Taiwan relationship, examine a rising China’s effect on Taiwan, and discuss existing U.S. legislation regarding Taiwan.
