Professor James Sample appeared on CBS-2 New York News in a report on a suit filed by Gov. Andrew Cuomo on behalf of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Maryland to have the provision of the new federal tax law that caps the deductibility of state and local taxes at $10,000 declared unconstitutional.
In his interview with correspondent Marcia Kramer, Professor Sample says, “I think it’s a savvy legal move and a savvy political move.”
