Judge Gail Prudenti, dean, appeared on the PBS program MetroFocus on Nov. 1 to speak with host Jack Ford about programs at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law to assist military veterans. The report was presented as part of the MetroFocus series Chasing the Dream.
During the report, titled “Hofstra Helps Veterans,” Judge Prudenti discussed the free Veterans Legal Clinic that Hofstra Law would be hosting on Nov.4, as well as the history the Veterans Legal Clinics, which have been organized each year since 2013 by Hofstra Law’s student-run Veterans Legal Assistance Project, also known as VLAP.
Judge Prudenti also talked about Hofstra Law’s Robert W. Entenmann Veterans Law Clinic.
