Julian Ku, the Maurice A. Deane Distinguished Professor of Constitutional Law, spoke on the panel “Foreign Affairs, Treaties, and Federalism” at the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) Midwestern Region Meeting.
The meeting, which was held in Indianapolis on March 31-April 1, 2015, had the theme “Federalism in the 21st Century” and explored important topics, current trends, and the complexities surrounding federalism and its impact on states.
Professor Ku was joined on the panel, which examined the relationship between foreign affairs and state governments, by Peter Spiro, the Charles R. Weiner Professor of Law at Temple University Beasley School of Law. Greg Zoeller, NAAG Midwestern Region chair and Indiana attorney general, served as moderator.
