Prof. Katrina Kuh to Co-Chair Int’l Bar Association Working Group on Climate Change Adaptation

Professor Katrina Fischer Kuh was invited to serve as a co-chair of the International Bar Association Working Group on the Legal Aspects of Climate Change Adaptation.

The working group hopes to implement recommendations for legal reform set forth in the IBA’s report “Achieving Justice and Human Rights in an Era of Climate Disruption” (July 2014).
