Ellen Yaroshefsky, Howard Lichtenstein Distinguished Professor of Legal Ethics, was interviewed for a Bloomberg Radio and Bloomberg Law Podcast segment on prosecutorial discretion in response to two Democratic state attorneys in Florida running to regain their positions after being removed by Gov. Ron DeSantis last year.

Yaroshefsky is co-chair of the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section’s Task Force for Prosecutorial Independence.
